Send Files

Supported Formats:

We support both PC and MAC formats and can accept the following file types:

Illustrator (up to version CS6), InDesign (up to version CS6) and Coreldraw (up to version X6) but our preference would be PDF format.

There are two ways to send us files

1. E-mail Attachment

Just attach your file to an email message and send to printing@expressprintingservice.ca Files up to 20 mb can be sent this way.

Please send files as attachments, not pasted into the body of the message).

2. Upload File(s)

Click the button below to upload files to our server. If you have a number of files to upload and they are in a folder you may want to compress the folder (zip/stuffit) and send the compressed file rather than sending files individually.

Guidelines:

Embed all images and fonts

Images are at least 300 DPI

Pictures and graphics pulled from the internet are often low resolution, typically 72 dpi or 96 dpi. Avoid

these graphics, as they will appear pixilated and blocky when printed.

Save all photos in CMYK mode, not RGB mode when possible. Images saved in RGB mode may not

print properly.

If there is a bleed, extend the artwork 1/8th inch (.125") all around page

Send single pages not spreads

Solid Blacks are Rich Black : build for Rich Black is K:100 C:30 M:20 Y:20

Black text is Black only not RGB or CMYK

All text, whenever possible, must be converted to outlines or fonts supplied

Please label your files clearly
